Norfolk Frames' fire door sets are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and are independently certified by UKAS accredited test laboratories using destructive testing in order to prove the door sets structural performance and material behaviour under severe fire conditions.

Each door set is 'Q' marked offering assurance that it has demonstrated the required performance levels through independent accredited testing or appraisal, and that each doorset offers the same level of performance through an approved quality management system.

Q-Marking measures consistency of performance and production through regular audit testing and inspections.

Norfolk Frames, Q Mark No 0003 were one of Europe's first Q-Mark Fire Door Registered Installers and Q-Mark Steel & Composite Fire Door Scheme - BS476: Part 22:1987 manufacturers.

SECURED BY DESIGN - FOR SECURITY

Norfolk Frames Secured By Design composite doorsets are certified to BS: PAS 24-1: 1999 Enhanced security performance requirements for door assemblies. Part 1 single leaf, external door assemblies.

This is the attack test standard for doorsets which certifies that the door, frame, lock and hardware set has withstood a series of physical tests based on common methods of burglary.
